    انعكاسات السلوك الصحي ومدى تأثيره على ظهور المضاعفات المرضية لدى المرضى المصابين بداء السكري من النوع الثاني

    ملخص البحث: هدفت هذه الدراسة الحالية الموسومة التي أجريت في مستشفى ذراع الميزان بتيزي وزو، إلى معرفة مدى تأثير السلوك الصحي على احتمال ظهور المضاعفات المرضية لدى المريض. والتي أجريت على خمس حالات عيادية. ولتحقيق أو الوصول إلى ذلك اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي عن طريق دراسة حالة، وذلك ببناء دليل المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة، وذلك لغرض جمع أكبر قدر ممكن من المعلومات والبيانات عن حالات محور الدراسة، كما تم أيضا تطبيق مقياس السلوك الصحي على الحالات المصابة بالسكري من النوع الثاني، وذلك لاكتشاف مدى امتثالها للسلوكيات الصحية أم لا. تم إذا تطبيق الأدوات بإحكام، وتبينت نتائج الدراسة بعد تحليل البيانات بصفة علمية وموضوعية أن جميع الحالات الخمسة تحصلت على درجات منخفضة في مقياس السلوك الصحي، مما يدل إلى وجود سلوكيات صحية غير سليمة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن جميع الحالات الخمسة تعاني من مضاعفات مصاحبة مرضية لإصابتها بمرض السكري، كما تشير أيضا هذه النتائج إلى مدى تأثير السلوكيات الصحية غير سليمة على ظهور المضاعفات المرضية لدى مرضى السكري من النوع الثاني. الكلمات المفتاحية: داء السكري من النوع الثاني، السلوك الصحي، المضاعفات المرضية. Résumé de la recherche : Cette étude actuelle, réalisée à l'hôpital de Draâ El Mizan à Tizi Ouzou, visait à connaître l'impact du comportement de santé sur la probabilité d'apparition des complications chez les patients. Elle a été menée sur cinq cas cliniques. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons adopté une approche clinique par l'étude de cas, en construisant un guide d'entretien clinique semi-directif afin de recueillir le maximum d'informations et de données sur les cas étudiés. Un instrument de mesure du comportement de santé a également été appliqué aux cas de diabète de type 2 pour évaluer leur conformité aux comportements sains. Les outils ont été appliqués rigoureusement, et les résultats de l'étude, après une analyse scientifique et objective des données, ont montré que tous les cinq cas avaient obtenu des scores faibles sur l'échelle du comportement de santé, ce qui indique la présence de comportements de santé inadéquats. De plus, les résultats ont révélé que tous les cas souffraient de complications associées à leur diabète. Ces résultats soulignent également l'impact des comportements de santé inadéquats sur l'apparition des complications chez les patients atteints de diabète de type 2. Research Summary: The current study, conducted at the Draâ El Mizan Hospital in Tizi Ouzou, aimed to assess the impact of health behaviors on the likelihood of developing complications in patients. This study was based on five clinical cases. To achieve this goal, we employed a clinical case study approach by developing a semi-structured interview guide to gather as much information and data as possible about the cases under investigation. Additionally, a health behavior scale was applied to patients with type 2 diabetes to determine their adherence to recommended health behaviors. The tools were applied rigorously, and the results of the study, after a scientific and objective analysis of the data, revealed that all five cases scored low on the health behavior scale, indicating unhealthy health behaviors. Furthermore, all cases exhibited complications associated with their diabetes. These findings highlight the impact of unhealthy health behaviors on the emergence of complications in patients with type 2 diabetes. Keywords: Type 2 diabetes, health behavior, complications.
