Abstract
جاءت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تطوير خدمات المكتبات الجامعية، ومدى قدرتها على مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية العالمية، مع التركيز على تقديم خدمات رقمية ذات جودة، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، في تحليل واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المكتبة المركزية لجامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزو، من خلال جمع البيانات وتفسيرها ميدانيا، وقد تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان التي وجهت إلى عينة من طلبة الماستر في تخصص علم المكتبات والتوثيق المقدرة ب 50 طالب، باعتبارهم من الفئات الأكاديمية الأكثر احتكاك بخدمات المكتبة.
توصلت الدراسة أن المكتبة المركزية تبذل جهودًا ملحوظة في مجال رقمنة خدماتها، من خلال استخدام الفهارس الإلكترونية، قواعد البيانات الرقمية، والإعارة الآلية. مؤكدين على أهميتها في تسهيل الوصول إلى المعلومة وتقليص الوقت والجهد، وأشار البعض إلى وجود نقائص تتعلق بنقص التكوين الرقمي، وضعف الربط الشبكي أحيانا، في الختام، توصي الدراسة إلى التدريب والتكوين الدوري في مجال التسيير الالكتروني للمكتبات، نظرا للتحولات التقنية والتكنولوجية المستمرة، بما يواكب متطلبات العصر الرقمي وتوقعات المستفيدين.
This study aims to highlight the role of information technology in developing university library services and their ability to keep pace with global technological developments, with a focus on providing quality digital services. The study relied on a descriptive and analytical approach to analyze the reality of information technology use in the Central Library of Mouloud Mammeri University in Tizi Ouzou, through field data collection and interpretation. A questionnaire was used, directed at a sample of 50 Master's students in Library Science and Documentation, as they are among the academic groups most exposed to library services. The study found that the Central Library is making significant efforts to digitize its services through the use of electronic catalogs, digital databases, and automated lending. Participants emphasized their importance in facilitating access to information and reducing time and effort. Some pointed to shortcomings related to a lack of digital training and occasional weak network connectivity. In conclusion, the study recommends periodic training and development in the field of electronic library management, given the ongoing technical and technological transformations, to keep pace with the requirements of the digital age and the expectations of users.
