Abstract
ملخص الدراسة:
تمحورت هذه الدراسة حول موضوع: معوقات تطبيق الرقمنة في الجامعة الجزائرية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجامعيين، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية أُجريت على عينة من أساتذة جامعة مولود معمري بتيزي وزو. وتنبع أهمية الدراسة من كونها تلامس واقعًا راهنًا وحساسًا في منظومة التعليم العالي، يتمثل في محاولة الانتقال نحو الحوكمة الإلكترونية وتحسين الأداء
الأكاديمي والإداري عبر آليات الرقمنة.
انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية رئيسية مفادها: ما هي أهم العراقيل التي تعترض مسار الرقمنة في الجامعة الجزائرية من منظور الأساتذة الجامعيين؟ وقد حاولنا معالجة هذه الإشكالية بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستعملين أداة الاستبيان الموجهة لعينة قصدية من الأساتذة إلى جانب التحليل الكمي والكيفي للبايانات.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تطبيق الرقمنة في الجامعة الجزائرية لا يزال يواجه عدداً من المعوقات، لعل أبرزها: نقص التكوين الرقمي لدى الأساتذة، غياب الإمكانيات التقنية والبنية التحتية المناسبة.

Summary:
This study focused on the topic: Obstacles to implementing digitization in Algerian universities from the perspective of university professors, through a field study conducted on a sample of professors at Mouloud Mammeri University in Tizi Ouzou. The significance of the study lies in addressing a current and critical issue in the higher education system, namely the attempt to transition toward electronic governance and enhance academic and administrative performance through digitization mechanisms. The study stemmed from a central question: What are the main obstacles hindering the digitization process in Algerian universities from the perspective of university professors. This issue was addressed using the descriptive-analytical approach, employing a questionnaire targeted at a purposive sample of professors, alongside quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results revealed that the implementation of digitization in Algerian universities still faces several obstacles, most notably: the lack of digital training among professors, and the absence of adequate technical resources and infrastructure.
