Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مخططات المعرفية المبكرة غير المتكيفة لدى الأشخاص المصابين بالأمراض الجلدية، ولأجل ذلك قمنا بطرح التساؤل التالي:
-هل توجد مخططات المعرفية المبكرة غير المتكيفة لدى الأشخاص المصابين بالأمراض الجلدية؟ وماهي المخططات الأكثر انتشارا؟
-هل مستوى الاكتئاب مرتفع لدى الأشخاص المصابين بالأمراض الجلدية؟
من أجل اختبار هذه الفرضية قمنا بالدراسة الميدانية في المركز ألاستشفائي الجامعي تيزي وزو سيدي بلوى على أربع حالات،و اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المقابلة نصف الموجهة، ومقياس جيفري يونغ للمخططات المعرفية المبكرة غير المتكيفة، ومقياس بيك للاكتئاب و بعد تحليل النتائج توصلنا إلى:
-وجود مخططات معرفية مبكرة غير متكيفة لدى الأشخاص المصابين بالأمراض الجلدية و وجود خمسة مخططات معرفية الأكثر انتشارا لديهم.
-درجة الاكتئاب كانت نسبيا لدى الحالات.
This study aims to identify early maladaptive cognitive schemas in people with skin diseases.
To do this, we posed the following question:
Are there early maladaptive cognitive schemas in people with skin diseases? What are the most common schemes?
-Is the level of depression high in people with skin diseases?
In order to test this hypothesis, we conducted a field study at the Tizi Ouzou Sidi Belloui University Hospital center on four cases. In our study, we relied on the semi-directed interview, the Jeffrey Young scale for early maladaptive cognitive schemas, and the Beck depression scale. After analyzing the results, we concluded:
The presence of early maladaptive cognitive schemas in people with skin diseases and the presence of the five most common cognitive schemas among them.
The degree of depression was relatively high among the cases.
