| dc.description.abstract | Cette etude a pour principal objectif d'accompagner un audit sur la sterilisation du point de vue de l'activite au bloc operatoire d'un service de chirurgie orthopedique. Ainsi, l'intervention ergonotnique realisee est centree sur l'analyse de l'a.ctiVite des operateurs intervenant au local de sterilisation des dispositifs modicaux. L'analyse de la situation de travail comprend la description des locaux, des conditions d'execution de la the, de la population et de l'organisation du travail. Cette partie nous permet aussi d'apprecier l'activite des operateurs et ses consequences. L'analyse de l'activite revele des ecarts tres significatifs par rapport aux regles de bonnes pratiques. Est en cause l'absence de commande de materiels, de nombreuses interruptions dans la continuite, ainsi que le dysfonctionnement du bloc operatoire du pavilion des urgences chirurgicales conduisant a un transfert des patients ages vers le bloc operatoire du service de chirurgie orthopedique et une reprogrammation constante des interventions de celui-ci qui met en difficulte le planning de sterilisation, avec repercussion sur l'etat de sante des operateurs du local de sterilisation. A l'issue de l'analyse des dysfonctionnements et des contraintes de la sterilisation, des propositions ont ete elaborees dans le cadre d'une demarche participative afin d'envisager l'amelioration de la qualite des soins et de l'etat de sante des operateurs. Abstract This study has been done in order to support an audit of sterilization related to the activities done in an operating theater of the department of orthopedic surgery. Thus, the performed ergonomic intervention is centered on the analysis of the operator's activity involved in the medical devices sterilization chamber. The analysis of the work situation includes a description of the places, the conditions of task execution, the population and the work organization. This section also allows us to assess the activity of operators and its consequences. The activity analysis reveals highly significant differences related to the rules of good practice. The reason is the lack of material, many interruptions in the continuity and dysfunctions in the department of surgical emergencies' operating theater leading to a transfer of old patients to the department of orthopedic surgery's operating theater and that causes its constant intervention reprogramming which causes problems for the sterilization schedule with repercussions on the health of the sterilization chamber's operators. After analyzing the shortcomings and the limitations of sterilization, many proposals were developed through a participatory approach in order to consider improving the quality of care and the operators' health. | en |
