Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الطموح ومستوى الدافعية للانجاز لدى الطالب الجامعي مع الكشف عن العلاقة بين مستوى الطموح ومستوى الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطالب الجامعي. تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (100) طالب وطالبة من قسم العلوم الاجتماعية على مستوى كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة مولود معمري تيزي-وزو.
واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمنا في الدراسة مقياسين، مقياس مستوى الطموح من إعداد كاميليا ابراهيم عبد الفتاح سنة (1961)، ومقياس الدافعية للانجاز من إعداد عبد اللطيف محمد خليفة سنة (2006)، والمكيف على البيئة الجزائرية من طرف بشير معمرية(2012).
وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية بواسطة برنامج الإصدار(20) Spss واعتمدنا على بعض مؤشرات الإحصاء الوصفي والإحصاء الاستدلالي التي تتناسب مع المنهج المعتمد في الدراسة وهي: التكرارات والنسب المئوية والأشكال
البيانية، اختبار التوزيع الطبيعي، اختبار كولموجروف-سميرنوف لعينة واحدة، اختبارات "ت" لعينة واحدة، معامل الارتباط بيرسون.
وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة على ما يلي:
1- مستوى الطموح لدى الطالب الجامعي عال.
2- مستوىالدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطالب الجامعي متوسط.
3- توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الطموح ومستوى الدافعية للإنجاز لدى الطالب الجامعي.
The current study aimed to identify the level of ambition and the level of achievement motivation for the university student, while revealing the relationship between the level of ambition and the level of achievement motivation for the university student. The study was conducted on a sample of (100) male and female students from the Department of Social Sciences at the level of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mouloud Mamari Tizi-Ouzou University.
We relied on the descriptive approach, and we used two scales in the study, the scale of the level of ambition prepared by Kamelia Ibrahim Abdel-Fattah (1961), and the measure of motivation for achievement prepared by Abdel-Latif Mohamed Khalifa (2006), and the scale adapted to the Algerian environment by Bashir Maamria (2012).
The statistical treatment was carried out using the Spss version (20) program, and we relied on some indicators of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics that are commensurate with the method adopted in the study, namely: frequencies, percentages, and graphic shapes, the normal distribution test, the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test for one sample, and the "t" tests for one sample. , Pearson's correlation coefficient.
The results of the study resulted in the following:
1- The level of ambition of the university student is high.
2- The level of achievement motivation of the university student is average.
3- There is a statistically significant correlation between the level of ambition and the level of achievement motivation for the university student.
