| dc.description.abstract | تأتي هذه الدراسة التقييمية لرصيد كتب المكتبة المركزية لجامعة مولود معمري تيزي وزو: كتب تخصص إعلام آلي نموذجا في سياق الجهود العلمية الرامية إلى قياس جودة رصيد الكتب ومدى توافقها مع مواصفة ISO 11620 الذي يعتبر مرجع أساسي في تقييم أداء المكتبات الجامعية واعتمدت الدراسة على استبيان ميداني شمل عينة متنوعة من المستفيدين المتمثلين في الطلبة المسجلين في المكتبة المركزية تخصص إعلام ألي المتكونة من 50 فرد، وركزت على مؤشرات مثل الكم والنوع وحداثة الكتب وسهولة الوصول والرضا العام مستندة بذلك إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى المنهج الكمي لتحليل إحصائيات المكتبة المركزي، أظهرت النتائج وجود توافق نسبي بين رصيد الكتب واحتياجات المستفيدين من حيث الكم والنوع وحداثة المصادر مع وجود بعض الفجوات، بالإضافة إلى تحديات في الوصول إلى الكتب الرقمية. لذلك، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة مواصلة تحديث الرصيد الوثائقي وتطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية، وإعادة النظر في سياسة الإعارة وتعزيز برامج التدريب والتوعية، لتحقيق التحسين المستمر في جودة الخدمات المكتبية وتلبية متطلبات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي. This evaluation study of the book inventory of the Central Library of Mouloud Mammeri University, Tizi Ouzou: Computer Science Books as a Model, is part of scientific efforts to measure the quality of book inventory and its compliance with ISO 11620, a key reference for evaluating the performance of university libraries. The study relied on a field survey that included a diverse sample of 50 beneficiaries, including students enrolled in the Central Library's Computer Science specialization. It focused on indicators such as quantity, quality, and currentness of books, ease of access, and overall satisfaction. Based on a descriptive-analytical approach, in addition to a quantitative approach to analyzing central library statistics, the results showed a relative alignment between the book inventory and beneficiaries' needs in terms of quantity, quality, and currentness of sources, with some gaps and challenges in accessing digital books. Therefore, the study recommended the need to continue updating the documentation inventory and developing the digital infrastructure, reviewing the lending policy, and strengthening training and awareness programs to achieve continuous improvement in the quality of library services and meet the requirements of higher education and scientific research. | |
