| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إبراز والتعرف على ديناميكية النسق الأسري لدى إحدى أولياء الفصامي وبما تتميز، وقد حاولت الكشف عن ديناميكية النسق الأسري ومدى تفاعلات بين أفراد الأسرة وتكيفهم فيما بعضهم في ظل وجود فرد مصاب بالفصام ضمن نسقهم وأسرتهم، حیث تعادل هذه الدراسة الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: - بما تتميز دينامية النسق الأسري للفصامي لدى إحدى الأولياء؟ وكإجابة على هذه التساؤلات إفترضنا مايلي: - تتميز دينامية النسق الأسري للفصامي لدى إحدى الأولياء بالكثرة التغيرات. - تتميز دينامية النسق الأسري للفصامي لدى إحدى الأولياء بالمعاناة. وكذلك من أجل التحقق من هذه الفرضيات، فإعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي وقمنا بإستعانة والإستناد على بعض وسائل نسقية من أجل جمع معلومات تخص موضوع بحثنا وهي: المقابلة العیادیة نصف الموجهة والمخطط الجيلي العائلي والخريطة العائلية. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (03) حالات عيادية أحد أولياء مرضى الفصام، تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (52-69) سنة، وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: -تتميز دينامية النسق الأسري للفصامي لدى إحدى الأولياء بالكثرة التغيرات. - تتميز دينامية النسق الأسري للفصامي لدى إحدى الأولياء بالمعاناة. The aim of this research is to highlight and identify the dynamics of the family system of one of the parents of a schizophrenic and its characteristics. we have tried to focus on the dynamics of the family system and the extent of interactions between family members and their adaptation to each other in the presence of an individual suffering from schizophrenia within their family. This research attempts to answer the following question: What characterizes the dynamics a family system with a schizophrenic relative? To answer this question, we assume: - That the dynamics of the family system of a schizoid in one of the parents is characterized by many changes. - That the family dynamics of the schizophrenic family are characterized by suffering among one of the parents. Also, in order to verify these hypotheses, we relied on the clinical approach and used some systematic methods in order to collect information related to the subject of our research, which are: the semi-direct clinical interview, the family generational chart, and the family map. The research sample consisted of three clinical cases of parents of patients with schizophrenia, whose ages ranged between (52-69) years, and we come over to the following results: The family dynamics of a schizophrenic parent is characterized by many changes.
