| dc.description.abstract | ملخص البحث: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين التنمر المدرسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى تلاميد الدنة الرا بعة متوسط، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم التظرق إلى الخلفية النظرية للبحث أي المفاهيم والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بمتغيرات البحث، أما الإجراءات الميدانية للبحث تتمثل في الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه المنهج المناسب مع طبيعة البحث، وقج تم اختيار عينة البحث بظريقة قصدية يبلغ قوامها ) 100( تلميد وتلميدة من متوسظتي ب " ثيزي نثلاثة " ، اما أدوات البحث فتتمثل في تظبيق مقياس التنمر المدرسي لمحمد مجدى الدسوقي) 2016 ( الدافعية للإنجاز لهيرمازد ) 1970 (، وبعد الحصول على البيانات تمت معالجتها باستخجام حدمة البرا مج الإحصائية SPSS v22.0 وبعج اختبار الفرضيات اسفر البحث على نتائج مفادها : يتصف تلاميد السنة الرا بعة متوسط بتنمر مدرسي منخفض .سلا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التنمر المدرسي حسب متغير الجنس )ذكر، انثى(. لا تجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التنمر المدرسي حدب متغير شغل الوالدين. Abstract : The current research aims to know the nature of the relationship between school bullying and achievement motivation among fourth-year middle school pupils. In order to achieve the research objectives, the theoretical background of the research , it’s concepts and previous studies on research variables, has been addressed. The field actions of the research are to rely on the descriptive curriculum as the appropriate curriculum with the nature of the research. (100) Pupils from the middle schools of "Tizi n Thlatha", the research tools are the application of the school bullying measure of Mohammed Majdi Al-Dassouqi (2016) The motivation to accomplish for Hermans (1970), after obtaining it the data was processed using the SPSS v22.0 statistical software package and after testing the hypotheses, the research yielded the results that: Fourth-year middle school pupils are characterized by low school bullying. There are no statistically significant differences in school bullying by sex variable (Male, female). There are no statistically significant differences in bullying according to the variable of parents' occupancy. There are no statistically significant differences in school bullying according to the economic situation of the parents . There is an inverse correlation between school bullying and achievement motivation among fourth-year middle school pupils. | en |
