| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى و محددات الجَلَد النفسي لدى العاملين بالإستعجالات الطبية بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية "محمد بوداود " بدلس بومرداس ، و قد اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 40 عامل بالإستعجلات الطبية بواقع ( 14 ذكر و 26 أنثى ) . و لجمع البيانات تم استخدام سلم الجلد لدافيدسون و كونور،و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: مستوى الجلد الجلد لذى عمال الإستعجالات فوق المتوسط ، أما محددات الجلد كانت مرتبة كما يلي : بعد المحدد الديني ، يليه بعد الكفاءة الذاتية ، ثم بعد المشاعر الإيجابية ، و أخيرا بعدي المساندة الاجتماعية و التحكم في الانفعالات . كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في محددات و مستويات الجلد النفسي لدى عمال الإستعجالات تُعْزَى لمتغيرين المهنة ،الخبرة و الجنس . The present study aimed to determine psychological resilience level and its determinants among emergency medical working in the hospital institution "Mohammed Boudaoud" in Dylles Boumerdes. The study sample consists 40 emergency medical workers (14 males and 26 females) with different professional experiences. The study tool is psychological resilience scale by Davidson and Connor, The results of this study are: The level of psychological resilience was above average , and its determinants was arranged as follow: First religious, and then self-efficacy, next the positive emotions and finally social support and emotions control. Also, there were no statistically significant differences in the determinants and levels of psychological resilience among emergency medical workers due to the professional experience variable and experience and gender . | |
