dc.description.abstractيعد حق الامتياز كضمان عيني تبعي في القانون الجزائري أداة قانونية هامة لضمان حقوق الدائنين، حيث يمنحهم أولوية في استيفاء حقوقهم من قيمة الضمان. يتطلب هذا الحق توافر شروط معينة واتباع إجراءات محددة لضمان نفاذه، ويخضع لآثار قانونية هامة على الدائنين والمدينين، وهذا ما أكدته نص المادة 982 من القانون المدني الجزائري.
