| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الضغط النفسية والتوافق المهني لدى المرأة العاملة في الميدان التعليمي ببعض ابتدائيات بلدية ذراع بن خدة؛ ثم معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في الضغط النفسي بين المرأة العاملة المتزوجة والغير المتزوجة؛ وكذلك معرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في التوافق المهني بين المرأة العاملة المتزوجة وغير متزوجة؛ وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي المناسب لطبيعة الدراسة وذلك بالاعتماد على مقياس الضغط النفسي ل'لفنستاين" ¢ و مقياس التوافق المهني ل لشموري كاميليا” ؛ وقد تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على 60 معلمة ببعض ابتدائيات بلدية ذراع بن خدة ولاية تيزي وزو؛ وذلك بعد حساب الخصائص السيكومترية © وجمع البيانات تمت المعالجة باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية "بيرسن" ¢ اختبار (ت) و النسبة المثوية وذلك باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية 5 . وقد توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: 1) - توجد علاقة بين الضغط النفسي والتوافق المهني لدى المرأة العاملة في الميدان التعليمي. 2) - توجد فروق في الضغط النفسي بين المرأة العاملة المتزوجة وغير المتزوجة في الميدان التعليمي. 3( - لا توجد فروق في التوافق المهني بين المرأة العاملة المتزوجة وغير المتزوجة في الميدان التعليمي. The present study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological pressure and professional compatibility among women working in the educational field with some of the municipal primary schools of Draa ben khedda, and then find out whether there are differences in psychological pressure between married and unmarried working women. As well as knowing whether there are differences in the occupational compatibility between married and unmarried working women. We followed the descriptive approach appropriate to the nature of the study by relying on the psychological stress scale of “Levenstein” and the professional competence scale of “Shamouri Camelia”. This study was applied to 60 female teachers in some primary schools of the municipality of Draa ben khedda, Tizi ouzou province, after calculating the psychometric characteristics. And data collection was done by using statistical methods “pearson”, (T) test and percentage, using the statistical package spss. We have reached the following results: 1)- There is a relationship between psychological stress and professional compatibility among women working in the educational field. 2)- There are differences in psychological pressure between married and unmarried working women in the educational field. 3)- There are no differences in professional compatibility between married and unmarried working women in the educational field. | |
