Abstract
تهدف الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى استخدام الباحثين الجزائريين لبوابة النظام الوطني للتوثيق عبر الخط (SNDL) في الجامعات. كما تسعى لتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجههم وتقديم حلول مقترحة لتحسين النظام.
تتكون المذكرة من أربعة فصول: الأول منهجي يتناول الإشكالية والفرضيات والأهداف. الفصل الثاني يناقش البحث العلمي وأهميته ومخرجاته. بينما يستعرض الفصل الثالث النشر العلمي وتطوره من التقليدي إلى الإلكتروني. يركز الفصل الرابع على نظام SNDL، تعريفه، أهدافه، إمكانياته، والأطراف المشاركة فيه، بالإضافة إلى عرض الدراسة الميدانية.
اوقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، حيث تم جمع البيانات من خلال توزيع 70 استبيانًا على الأساتذة الباحثين، وتم تحليل 60 استبيانًا منها باستخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل البيانات الإحصائية.
من أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة:
• الوعي والاستخدام: أظهرت الدراسة وعيًا عاليًا بين الباحثين بوجود بوابة النظام الوطني للتوثيق عبر الخط (SNDL)، حيث بلغت نسبة الوعي 92%. كما أكدت النتائج أن جميع المستجوبين (100% في بعض الأسئلة المتعلقة بالاستخدام الأولي) يستخدمون البوابة، مما يشير إلى انتشارها الواسع بين الفئة المستهدفة.
• أهداف الاستخدام: كان الهدف الرئيسي لاستخدام البوابة هو الحصول على المراجع والمصادر العلمية، حيث بلغت نسبة الباحثين الذين ذكروا هذا الهدف 45% من إجمالي المستجوبين، مما يؤكد الدور الأساسي للنظام كمورد للمعلومات الأكاديمية.
• جودة الوصول والتغطية: اتفق غالبية المستجوبين على أن نظام SNDL يوفر طرقًا مناسبة للوصول إلى المعلومات، وأنه يغطي كافة التخصصات العلمية، مما يجعله أداة شاملة للبحث في مجالات متنوعة.
• المساهمة في سد النقص: أشارت النتائج إلى أن النظام يساهم بشكل فعال في معالجة النقص في مصادر المعلومات المتاحة للباحثين، مما يعزز من جودة البحث العلمي وإمكانيات الوصول إلى المعارف الحديثة.
The study aims to evaluate the use of the SNDL portal by Algerian researchers in universities. It also seeks to identify the challenges they face and propose solutions to improve the system.
The thesis is structured into four chapters: the first, methodological, addresses the problem statement, hypotheses, and objectives. The second chapter discusses scientific research, its importance, and its outcomes. The third chapter examines scientific publishing and its evolution from traditional to electronic formats. The fourth chapter is dedicated to the SNDL system, its definition, objectives, capabilities, and stakeholders, in addition to presenting the field study.
The study adopted a descriptive approach, collecting data through the distribution of 70 questionnaires to researcher-professors, 60 of which were analyzed using SPSS software for statistical data analysis.
Among the main results obtained are:
• Awareness and Usage: The study revealed a high level of awareness among researchers regarding the existence of the SNDL portal, with an awareness rate reaching 92%. The results also confirmed that all respondents (100% for some initial questions concerning usage) use the portal, indicating its widespread adoption within the target group.
• Objectives of Usage: The primary objective for using the portal was to obtain scientific references and sources, cited by 45% of the surveyed researchers. This highlights the fundamental role of the system as a resource for academic information.
• Access Quality and Coverage: The majority of respondents agreed that the SNDL system provides appropriate ways to access information and that it covers all scientific specialties, making it a comprehensive tool for research in diverse fields.
• Contribution to Addressing Shortage: The results indicate that the system effectively contributes to addressing the shortage of information sources available to researchers, thereby enhancing the quality of scientific research and the possibilities of accessing modern knowledge.
