Abstract
ملخص الدراسة
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة التنمر المدرسي والعوامل الاجتماعية المساهمة
في ظهورها بين التلاميذ، وقد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، استهدفت عينة غير احتمالية تكونت من 5 مفردات من الاطوار الثلاث لثانوية حمداني سعيد بدائرة ذراع الميزان ولاية تيزي وزو. ولجمع البيانات
اعتمدت على الملاحظة والمقابلة ولمعالجة البيانات اتبعنا تقنية تحليل محتوى، حيث ركزت الدراسة على
نقاط أهمها ماهية التنمر المدرسي، دور التنشئة الاسرية الغير السوية في ظهور سلوك التنمر لدى الأبناء،
البيئة الاجتماعية والوسط المدرسي اللذان يلعبان دوراً فعالاً في انتشار هذه الظاهرة، وفي الأخير
توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن عامل التنشئة الاسرية والبيئة المدرسية والاجتماعية لها دور كبير في ظهور وانتشار ظاهرة التنمر بين التلاميذ، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على هذه العوامل ومعالجتها ومحاولة إيجاد الحلول للحد والتقليل منها.
Study summary:
This study aimed to shed light on the phenomenon of school bullying and the social factors contributing to its emergence among students. The descriptive analytical approach was followed. It targeted a non-probability sample consisting of 5 individuals from the three stages of Hamdani Said Secondary School in the district of Draa El Mizan, Tizi Ouzou Province. To collect data, we relied on observation and interviews. To process the data, we followed the content analysis technique, the study focused on the most important points, including the nature of school bullying, the role of abnormal family upbringing in the emergence of bullying behavior among children, and the social environment and school environment, which play an effective role in the spread of this phenomenon. Finally, the study results concluded that the family upbringing factor and the school and social environment play a major role in the emergence and spread of the phenomenon of bullying among students. This study aims to shed light on these factors, address them, and attempt to find solutions to limit and reduce them.
