Abstract

This dissertation explores the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) on the human resources function, through a case study conducted within the Algerian company Electro-Industries of Azazga (ENEL). The main objective is to analyze how the integration of digital tools has transformed HR practices, particularly in recruitment, payroll management, and career development. The adopted methodology is a mixed approach combining an in-depth theoretical review with a qualitative investigation conducted with HR managers. The findings reveal that ICT has enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and speed, while highlighting certain limitations related to system accessibility and integration. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for a more inclusive digital transformation that places employees at the center of HR processes.
