Abstract
تتناول الدراسة التوظيف النفسي لدى المرأة المتأخرة في الزواج دراسة عيادية لحالتين من خلال اختبار الرورشاخ. تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد خصائص التوظيف النفسي لدى المرأة المتأخرة في الزواج، وكشف أوجه القصور والضعف في هذا الجانب. التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة هو: ماهي خصائص التوظيف النفسي لدى المرأة المتأخرة في الزواج؟ وتفترض الدراسة أن نوعية التوظيف النفسي تتراوح من متوسطة الهشاشة إلى هشة، وأن قوة التوظيف النفسي لدى المرأة المتأخرة في الزواج تتراوح بين متوسطة إلى منخفضة. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج دراسة الحالة، واستخدمت "أدوات اختبار الرورشاخ والمقابلة نصف الموجهة لدراسة حالتين أساسيتين، تتراوح أعمارهن ما بين (30-40 سنة)، وقد تم إختيار مجموعة البحث بعد إنتقاء معايير مجموعة البحث، وتمت الدراسة في البيت كلتا الحالتين.
وبعد العرض والتحليل والمناقشة أسفرت النتائج الحالية: أن الحالتين لديهن توظيف نفسي هش وضعيف، وذلك من خلال تحليل إستجاباتهن على إختبار الرورشاخ ودليل المقابلة بحيث نجد نقص في الإنتاجية، عدم قدرتهن على إدراك، الوحدة الكلية، وإعطاء إجابات جزئية بكثرة، ارتفاع في نسبة إجابات الحيوانية عن إنسانية، اللجوء المحددات الشكلية، وارتفاع إستجابات اللونية، وهذا يشير إلى وجود صراعات داخلية وهوامية، وعدم القدرة على التكيف مع العالم الخارجي، مما يشير أن لديهن توظيف نفسي هش وضعيف.
The study deals with psychological employment in women who are late in marriage. A clinical study of two cases using the Rorschach test. The study aims to identify the characteristics of psychological employment in women who are late in marriage, and to reveal the shortcomings and weaknesses in this aspect. The main question of the study is: what are the characteristics of psychological employment in women who are late in marriage? The study assumes that the quality of psychological employment ranges from moderate to fragile, and that the strength of psychological employment in women who are late in marriage ranges from medium to low. The study relied on the cases study approach, and used the Rorschach test and semi-structured interview to study two basic cases, whose ages between (30-40 years). The research group was selected after selecting the research group criteria, both cases were studied at home.
After the prestation, analysis and discussion, the current results showed that cases have a weak and fragile psychological function, through analyzing their responses to the Rorschach test and the interview guide, where we find a lack of productivity, their inability to perceive the total unit, and giving partial answers in abundance, a high percentage of animalistic answers over humanity, resorting to formal determinants, and a high percentage of color responses, and this indicates the presence of internal and imaginary conflicts, and the inability to adapting to the outside world, indicating that they have a fragile and weak psychological function.
