Abstract
ملخص:
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الثقة بالنفس و الدافعية للإنجاز لدى المراهقين المتمدرسين في المرحلة الثانوية بثانويتين بلدية الأربعاء نان إبراثن "خواص أحسن " وبلدية تيقزيرث" أعمر بصالح".
إذ يبلغ عددهم (100) تلميذ وتلميذة للسنة الدراسية (2022 - 2023) بحيث تم إختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتطبيق إستبيانين كأداة للدراسة فالإستبيان الأول يتصدى للثقة بالنفس أعده "صالح بن الجار يحي الجبار الله الغامدي" والذي إشتمل على (22) بندا تتدرج تحت خمسة أبعاد مختلفة وهي (الطلاقة اللغوية)، (الجانب الاجتماعي)، (الجانب النفسي) ( الجانب الفيزيولوجي)، (الاستقلالية): أما بالنسبة للإستبيان الثاني فيتطرق للدافعية للإنجاز، أعده "عبد اللطيف محمد خليفة سنة (2006) ثم قام "بشير معمرية سنة (2011) تكيفه على البيئة الجزائرية، حيث إشتملت عدد عبارته (50) عبارة والموزعة على خمسة أبعاد ، وذلك بعد تأكدنا من صدقهما وثباتهما، إتبعنا المنهج الوصفي واعتمدنا على الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS في تحليل البيانات: النسخة25 توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية:
- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الثقة بالنفس والدافعية للإنجاز لدى المراهق المتمدرس في المرحلة الثانوية.
- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في الثقة بالنفس لدى المراهق المتمدرس في المرحلة الثانوية.
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في الدافعية للإنجاز.
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين شعبة الآداب وشعبة العلوم في متغير الثقة بالنفس.

Abstract:
The present research investigates self-confidence and it's relation to achievement motivation among adolescent learners in two distinct secondary schools namely "KhouasAhcene" in LarbaaNathIrathen and "AMAR Bessaleh" in Tigzirt.
The Samples of the study are randomly selected as they numbered 100 students one for the academic year 2022-2023 in order to achieve the objectives of the investigation, we have conducted two questionnaires to collect the necessary data. The questionnaire addresses self-confidence and contains 22 items divided into five categories: linguistic fluency, Scial aspect, psychological aspect, physiological aspect, and independence. As for The second questionnaire, it deals with achievement motivation it includes 50 statements distributed in five late categories: The sense of responsibility, striving for excellence and ambition, awareness of the value of time, and planning for the future, and this after analyzing their validity and reliability. As far as data analysis is concerned, we have relied on the social sciences software SPSS version 23.
The findings indicate that among adolescent studentsin secondary schools, there is a statistically significant relationshipbetween self-confidence and achievement motivation. Moreover, there is a statistically significant difference between the self-confidence of adolescent learners in secondary schools between males and females.
In achievement motivation between males and females.Finally. The self-confidence variable shows no statistically significant differencebetween the branch of letters and the branch of science.
