Abstract
تهدف دراستناهذه إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تسهيل المهام الإدارية بمؤسسة اقتصادية الجزائرية ،والتي اخترنا منها مؤسسة ENIEMبتيزي وزو لنجري دراسة وصفية مسحية على عينة من الإداريين حول الموضوع
فمن خلال ذلك طرحنا التساؤل الجوهري التالي :
كيف تساهم تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تسهيل المهام الإدارية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية الكهرومنزلية ENIEMبتيزي وزو ؟
تندرج دراستنا ضمن الدراسات الوصفية بحيث اعتمدنا على المنهج المسحي كونه المنهج الأنسب لدراستنا ،وّذلك بالاعتماد على مجموعة من الأدوات لجمع البيانات وهي الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية ، المقابلة وأخيرا الملاحظة
أما مجتمع دراستنا يتمثل في الإداريين بمؤسسة ENIEMبتيزي وزو ، و عينة دراستنا فهي عينة قصدية والتي حجمها 50 مفردة من الإداريين بالمؤسسة
وقد توصلنا في دراستنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج :
- أن تكنولوجيا الاتصال لها دور فعال في تسهيل المهام الإدارية
- وجود علاقة وطيدة بين تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمهام الإدارية
- تكنولوجيا الاتصال تشبع مجموعة من الرغبات و الدوافع لدى الإداريين
Our study aims to identify the role of comminicatoin technology in faciliting administrative tasks in the algerian economic instituatoin , from which we chose the ENIEM instituatoin in Tizi Ouzou to conduct a descriptive survey on sample of administrators on the subject
Through this , we raised the following fundamental questoin:
How doescommunicatointechnologycontribute to facilitating the dministrative tasks of the home electricalEconomiccorporatoin ,ENIEM of Tizi Ouzou ?
Our study is descriptive study soWe relied on the surveymethod as itis the mostappropriatmethod for ourstudy ,relying on a set of tools to colletct data namely the questionnaire as the main interview tool and finally observation.
The population of our study is represented by the administrators of the ENIEM corporation of tizi ouzou fondation and the sample of ourstudyis a purposive sample the size of which is 50 individuals from the organizatoin’s administrators
In ourstudy ,wereached a set of results :
- communication technology has an effective roleinfacilitating administrative tasks.
¬-thereis a close relationshipbetween communication technology and administrative tasks.
-communication technologysatisfies a set of desires and motivation amongadministrators .
