Abstract
: لقد أدى التطور الذي عرفه العالم منذ نهاية القرن الماضي وبداية القرن الحالي إلى تغير جذري في شتى المجالات خاصة منها ما يتعلق بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والتي ولدت عدة أدوات ووسائل عملت على اختصار الأمكنة والأزمنة للاتصال ما بين الشعوب، والمجتمع الجزائري وعلى غرار باقي المجتمعات أصبح يستعمل تلك الوسائل بشكل واسع من قبل معظم أفراده مما ولّد بعض الاستعمالات السلبية والتي تتعلق بكل ما هو سلوك منحرف أو إجرامي والذي ظهر في شكل حديث لم يكن له مثيل من قبل، وأصبح المجرمون يستغلون تلك التكنولوجيات الحديثة في الإيقاع بفرائسهم والانقضاض عليهم وسلبهم أموالهم بعد تهديدهم بالتشهير بهم وذلك تحت ما يسمى بجرائم الابتزاز الالكتروني والتي أصبحت شائعة في المجتمع الجزائري خاصة ضد الطالبات الجامعيات.
ووفقا لما سبق ذكره فإننا ارتأينا أن ندرس موضوع جريمة الابتزاز الالكتروني، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على جرائم الابتزاز الالكتروني على الطالبات الجامعيات واخترنا كعينة للبحث الطالبات الجامعيات بالقطب الجامعي بتامدة، ومن أجل معالجة موضوعنا حصرنا إشكالية دراستنا في التساؤل الرئيسي المتمثل في: إلى أي مدى تساهم وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في انتشار جرائم الابتزاز الإلكتروني على الطالبات الجامعيات؟
وتتمثل التساؤلات الفرعية في:
1-هل الاستعمال الخاطئ لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من طرف الطالبات الجامعيات له دور في انتشار جرائم الابتزاز الإلكتروني ضدهن؟
2-هل يؤدي نشر الطالبات الجامعيات لصورهن وفيديوهاتهن عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي إلى وقوعهن ضحايا جرائم الابتزاز الإلكتروني؟
3-هل غياب الرقابة الأسرية أثناء على الطالبات الجامعيات يؤدي إلى وقوعهن ضحايا لجرائم الابتزاز الإلكتروني؟.
وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وذلك من أجل كشف الأسباب الرئيسية التي تؤدي إلى وقوع الطالبات الجامعيات ضحايا للابتزاز الالكتروني ووصفها وصفا دقيقا.
وللإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة قمنا بتصميم استبيا مكون من 32 سؤال مقسم إلى 03 أقسام القسم الأول خاص بالبيانات الشخصية والقسم الثاني يتعلق بالمحور الأول والمعنون بالتنشئة الاجتماعية والقسم الثالث يتعلق بالمحور الثاني تحت عنوان الابتزاز، وقمنا بتطبيق الاستبيان على عينة قصدية غير عشوائية من 41 طالبة جامعية.
وبعد معالجة البيانات بيّنت النتائج أن الاستعمال الخاطئ لمواقع التواصل من قبل الطالبة الجامعية يؤدي إلى وقوعها ضحية للابتزاز الالكتروني، حيث أن عدم معرفة الطالبة للطريقة الصحيحة لاستعمال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تؤدي إلى اختراق حسابها ومنه تحميل صورها وفيديوهاتها والمعلومات السرية الخاصة بها وبعدها يتم ابتزازها عن طريقها.
كما بيّنت النتائج إلى أن نشر الطالبات الجامعيات لصورهن وفيديوهاتهن عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يؤدي إلى وقوعهن ضحايا جرائم الابتزاز الإلكتروني، وأن غياب رقابة الأولياء عن الطالبة أثناء استعمالها لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من شأنه أن يؤثر سلبا على تصرفاتها فتصبح الطالبة تقوم بالنشر أو إرسال الصور والفيديوهات إلى أشخاص غرباء ثم تقع بعدها ضحية للابتزاز.
The development that the world has known since the end of the last century and the beginning of the current century has led to a radical change in various fields, especially those related to information technology, which has generated several tools and means that have worked to shorten places and times for communication between peoples. Algerian society, like other societies, has become widely used by most of its members, which has generated some negative uses related to everything that is deviant or criminal behavior, which has appeared in a modern form that was unprecedented before. Criminals have begun to exploit these modern technologies to trap their prey, pounce on them, and steal their money after threatening to defame them under what is called electronic blackmail crimes, which have become common in Algerian society, especially against female university students.
According to the above, we decided to study the subject of the crime of electronic blackmail, by shedding light on the crimes of electronic blackmail against female university students. We chose female university students at the university pole in Tamda as a sample for the research. In order to address our subject, we limited the problem of our study to the main question: To what extent do social media contribute to the spread of electronic blackmail crimes against female university students?
The sub-questions are:
1-Does the misuse of social media sites by female university students play a role in the spread of electronic blackmail crimes against them?
2-Does the publication of female university students' photos and videos on social media sites lead to them becoming victims of electronic blackmail crimes?
3-Does the absence of family supervision over female university students lead to them becoming victims of electronic blackmail crimes?
In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach in order to uncover the main reasons that lead to female university students becoming victims of electronic blackmail and describe them accurately.
To answer these questions, we designed a questionnaire consisting of 32 questions divided into 03 sections: the first section is about personal data, the second section is about the first axis entitled social upbringing, and the third section is about the second axis entitled blackmail. We applied the questionnaire to a non-random, intentional sample of 41 female university students.
After processing the data, the results showed that the incorrect use of social networking sites by the university student leads to her falling victim to electronic blackmail, as the student's lack of knowledge of the correct way to use social networking sites leads to her account being hacked, and her photos, videos, and confidential information being downloaded, after which she is blackmailed through them. The results also showed that university students publishing their photos and videos on social networking sites leads to them falling victim to electronic blackmail crimes, and that the absence of guardians' supervision of the student while she is using social networking sites is likely to negatively affect her behavior, so the student publishes or sends photos and videos to strangers and then falls victim to blackmail.
