Abstract
تتمحور إشكالية دراستنا حول الرقمنة و علاقتها في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للموظفين في مديرية التربية لولاية تيزي وزو، ومن الأسباب التي دفعتنا إلى القيام بهذه الدراسة هو الاهتمام بموضوع الرقمنة و محاولة التعرف على مدى تأثير هذه الأخيرة على الأداء الوظيفي و الهدف الأساسي من دراستنا هو التعرف على واقع الرقمنة على مستوى مديرية التربية لولاية تيزي وزو .
لبلوغ الأهداف المرجوة من دراستنا طرحنا السؤال الجوهري التالي: كيف تساهم الرقمنة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي على مستوى مديرية التربية الوطنية لولاية تيزي وزو؟
ومن أجل الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة اعتمدنا على المنهج المسحي الحالة باعتباره أكثر ملائمة لهذه الدراسة، أما بالنسبة لأدوات الدراسة فقد
اعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات والبيانات، كما اعتمدنا على الملاحظة والمقابلة كأدوات ثانوية. وقد حددنا مجتمع بحثنا في كل موظفي مديرية التربية لولاية تيزي وزو اما نوع العينة فقد تطلبت دراستنا العينة القصدية حيث حددنا 120 مفردة من الموظفين الذين يتعاملون بطريقة مباشرة بتكنولوجيات الرقمنة.
لنصل في الأخير إلى نتائج تجيبنا على تساؤلات الدراسة نذكر منها:
• أن مديرية التربية تستخدم عدة وسائل الحديثة أثر تطبيقها للرقمنة من بينها الحاسوب والهاتف.
• الرقمنة احدثت عدة تغيرات في مديرية التربية ومن بينها سرعة الاستجابة وربح الوقت والجهد.
• تختلف المتطلبات الأساسية واللازمة لتطبيق الرقمنة في المؤسسة ونحصرها في توفير الوسائل التكنولوجيا وكذا توفير اليد العاملة.
Our study deals with the issue of digitization and its role in improving job performance of employees in the Directorate of Education of the Wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou. A growing interest in digitization and an attempt to better know its impact on job performance, lead us to conduct this study. The main purpose of this research work is to have an idea about the reality of digitization at the level of Tizi-Ouzou's education directorate.
To achieve our study's objectives, we rised the following crucial question: How does digitization contribute to enhancing job performance within the National Education Directorate of Tizi-Ouzou Province?
To answer the research question, we relied on a case study method as the most suitable approach for this study. As for the research tools, we relied primarily on the questionnaire for collecting information and data, while observation and interviews served as secondary tools. Regarding the research population, we defined it as all the Directorate employees. As for the sample, we used purposive sampling.
To finally conclude with general results :
1-The Education Directorate uses several modern tools when applying digitization such as ; computers and phones.
2-Digitization has made several changes in the Directorate of Education, including faster response, saving time and effort.
3-Basic and necessary requirements for implementing digitization in an organization vary, and can be interpreted by providing technology tools and workforce.
