    المناوبات الليلية وأثرها في الصحة النفسية

    ملخص الدراسة: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر المناوبات الليلية في الصحة النفسية لدى ممرضي مستشفى ندير محمد (CHU) بتيزي وزو ،و محاولة الكشف عن الفروق في مستوى الصحة النفسية لدى أفراد عينة البحث و ذلك على حساب متغير الجنس والسن والأقدمية. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي وذلك على عينة قدرت ب (80) من الممرضين العاملين ليلا في المصالح التالية : مصلحة طب جراحة العظام ، مصلحة الاضطرابات العقلية ، مصلحة الجراحة العامة مصلحة طب الاطفال ، مصلحة الاستعجالات الطبية بمستشفى ندير محمد (CHU)بتيزي وزو ، حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة القصدية (العمدية). ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على مقياس الصحة النفسية ل سيدني كراون و كريسب "، وتم تحليل البيانات باستعمال الطريقة الإحصائية التحليلية وذلك بالاعتماد على التكرارات ،النسب المؤوية ،المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري ،وكذلك الانحدار الخطي البسيط ، اختبار (ت) لحساب الفروق لعينتين مستقلتين واختبار أنوفا الأحادي. وبعد تحليل النتائج باستخدام الرزنامة الإحصائية للبحوث الاجتماعية (25 SPSS version) أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المناوبات الليلية لا تؤثر سلبا في الصحة النفسية لدى ممرضي مستشفى ندير محمد (CHU) بتيزي وزو ، وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين المناوبين ليلا وفق متغير الجنس ،السن ، والأقدمية . الكلمات المفتاحية : المناوبات الليلية ، الصحة النفسية ، التمريض ، الممرضين . Abstract : This study aimed to find out of effect of night immunity on mental health among nurses at Nadir Mohamed Hospital (CHU) in Tizi-Ouzou , and to try to detect differences in the level of mental health among members of the research sample at the expense on gender , age and seniority. The study was based on the descriptive .ethod on a sample of (80) nurses working at night in the following departments: Orthopedic Department, Mental Disorders Department, General Surgery Department, Pediatrics Department ,and Medical Emergency Department at Nadir Mohamed Hospital (CHU) in Tizi-Ouzou , selected by purposive sampling method. To achieve the objectives of this study , the (Sidney-Crowne and Crisp) Mental Health Scale was used, and the data were analyzed using the analytical statistical method using frequencies ,percentages, arithmetic mean ,standard deviation ,Simple linear regression ,T-test for two independent samples , and one-way ANOVA. After analyzing the results using the Statistical Package for Social Research (SPSS version 25) ,the result of the study showed that night shift do not negatively affect the mental health of nurses at Nadir Mohamed (CHU) Hospital in Tizi-Ouzou, and that there are no statistically significant differences in the mental health of nurses according to the variables of gender, age and seniority.
