| dc.description.abstract | تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع حماية الحيوانات في الجزائر في ظل التحديات التي تواجه المنظومة القانونية والتطبيقية، خاصة ما يتعلق بضعف التنسيق بين الفاعلين في مجال الصحة الحيوانية ونقص وسائل التواصل الفعّالة بين الأطباء البيطريين وأصحاب الحيوانات، مما يؤثر سلباً على الرعاية الصحية والوقاية من الأمراض وحماية الثروة الحيوانية. وقد دفع ذلك إلى البحث عن حلول حديثة تواكب التطور التكنولوجي، حيث تقترح المذكرة استحداث تطبيق رقمي يهدف إلى الربط بين الأطباء البيطريين والزبائن لتسهيل الوصول إلى الخدمات البيطرية، وتحسين المتابعة الصحية للحيوانات، وتعزيز التبليغ والتوعية. ويندرج هذا المقترح ضمن الجهود الرامية إلى دعم حماية الحيوانات وتحسين جودة الخدمات البيطرية بما ينسجم مع متطلبات التنمية المستدامة. This study addressed the topic of animal protection in Algeria in light of the challenges facing the legal and practical framework, particularly the weak coordination among stakeholders in the field of animal health and the lack of effective communication tools between veterinarians and animal owners, which negatively affects healthcare, disease prevention, and the protection of animal resources. This situation has encouraged the search for modern solutions that keep pace with technological development. Accordingly, the thesis proposes creating a digital application to link veterinarians with clients, facilitating access to veterinary services, improving animal health monitoring, and enhancing reporting and awareness. This proposal aligns with broader efforts to support animal protection and improve the quality of veterinary services in line with the requirements of sustainable development. | |
