| dc.description.abstract | ملخص تناولت هذه الدراسة بِعنوان واقع ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي على الطالبة في الجامعة المُقدمة لِنيل شهادة الماستر في علم الاجتماع ، ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي التي تمس الطالبة الجامعية باعتبارها شكلًا من أشكال العنف الرمزي والجسدي الذي يُمارس ضد المرأة داخل الفضاء الجامعي، وتم التطرق إلى هذه الظاهرة من مختلف الجوانب، بدءًا بتحديد مفهومها وأنماطها المختلفة من تحرش لفظي، جسدي، وإلكتروني، مرورًا برصد أبرز الأسباب التي تساهم في انتشارها، سواء كانت نفسية، اجتماعية، ثقافية أو مؤسساتية. كما تم تحليل دور الجامعة كفضاء قد يساهم في إنتاج أو تسهيل هذا النوع من العنف، خاصة في ظل ضعف آليات الرقابة، وغياب العقوبات الصارمة، وعدم توفر قنوات رسمية للتبليغ. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إثارة النقاش حول هذه الظاهرة المسكوت عنها، والتأكيد على ضرورة اتخاذ إجراءات وقائية لحماية الطالبات وضمان بيئة تعليمية آمنة تحفظ كرامتهن وحقوقهن. وتكمن قيمة هذه الدراسة في سعيها إلى فهم أعمق لواقع الطالبات الجامعيات وما يواجهنه من أشكال تحرش داخل الوسط الجامعي، والمساهمة في إثراء النقاش الأكاديمي حول العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي داخل المؤسسات التعليمية، بما يدعم الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز المساواة والعدالة داخل الوسط الجامعي. حيث انطلقت من إشكالية : ما هو واقع التحرش الجنسي على الطالبة الجامعية؟ résumé Cette étude intitulée « La réalité du phénomène du harcèlement sexuel envers l’étudiante à l’université », présentée en vue de l’obtention du diplôme de Master en sociologie, aborde le phénomène du harcèlement sexuel qui touche les étudiantes universitaires. Il s’agit d’une forme de violence symbolique et physique exercée contre les femmes au sein de l’espace universitaire. L’étude traite ce phénomène sous différents angles, en commençant par la définition de son concept et de ses diverses formes — verbale, physique et électronique — puis en identifiant les principales causes qui favorisent sa propagation, qu’elles soient psychologiques, sociales, culturelles ou institutionnelles. Elle analyse également le rôle de l’université en tant qu’espace pouvant contribuer à la production ou à la facilitation de ce type de violence, notamment en raison du manque de mécanismes de contrôle, de l’absence de sanctions strictes et du défaut de canaux officiels de signalement. L’objectif de cette recherche est de susciter le débat autour de ce phénomène souvent passé sous silence et de souligner la nécessité de mettre en place des mesures préventives pour protéger les étudiantes et garantir un environnement éducatif sûr, respectueux de leur dignité et de leurs droits. La valeur de cette étude réside dans sa contribution à une meilleure compréhension de la réalité vécue par les étudiantes universitaires face aux différentes formes de harcèlement dans le milieu universitaire, ainsi que dans l’enrichissement du débat académique sur la violence fondée sur le genre au sein des institutions éducatives. Elle vise ainsi à soutenir les efforts pour renforcer l’égalité et la justice dans l’espace universitaire. La problématique de départ était formulée comme suit : Quelle est la réalité du harcèlement sexuel envers l’étudiante universitaire ? summary This study, entitled “The Reality of Sexual Harassment Against Female University Students”, submitted for the Master’s degree in Sociology, examines the phenomenon of sexual harassment affecting female students. It is considered a form of symbolic and physical violence practiced against women within the university environment. The study approaches this phenomenon from multiple perspectives, beginning with defining its concept and various forms — verbal, physical, and online harassment — and then identifying the main factors contributing to its spread, whether psychological, social, cultural, or institutional. It also analyzes the role of the university as a space that may contribute to the production or facilitation of such violence, particularly due to weak monitoring mechanisms, the absence of strict sanctions, and the lack of official reporting channels. The purpose of this research is to raise awareness and stimulate discussion about this often-silenced phenomenon, while emphasizing the need for preventive measures to protect female students and ensure a safe educational environment that upholds their dignity and rights. The significance of this study lies in its attempt to gain a deeper understanding of the realities faced by female university students and the forms of harassment they experience on campus. It also aims to enrich academic debate on gender-based violence within educational institutions and support efforts toward greater equality and justice in the university context.
