| dc.description.abstract | ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الرقابة في تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية لبوغني بتيزي وزو، و قد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات الأولية و توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 117 عامل في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، و قد استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإجراء الدراسة و قد تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية(spss) لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات بالاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية المتنوعة. وفي الأخير توصلت الباحثتان إلى صحة الفرضيات المقترحة حيث أكدتا أن للرقابة الإدارية تأثير على تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية في المؤسسة. وتوصي هذه الدراسة بضرورة إعطاء الاهتمام الكافي لعملية الرقابة في المؤسسة مع تشجيع الموظفين على المشاركة في تصميم وتنفيذ عمليات الرقابة، مما يعزز الشعور بالمسؤولية والانتماء ويقوي المناعة التنظيمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرقابة الإدارية، تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية ، المستشفى العمومي. Abstract : This study aims to determine the impact of control on strengthening organizational immunity in the Public Hospital Institution of Boghni in TiziOuzou. A questionnaire was used to collect primary data and was destribued to a sample of 117 omployees within the institution under study. The researches adopted a descriptive and analytical approach to conduct the study, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses using various statistical methods. In the end, the researches confirmed the validity of the proposed hypotheses, emphasizing that administrative control has an effect on enhancing organizational immunity within the institution. The study recommends giving sufficient attention to the control process in the institution while encouraging employees to participate in the design and implementation of control procedures. This would enhance their sense of responsability and belonging, therby strengthening organizational immunity. Keywords: Administrative control, organizational immunity, public hospital. | |
