dc.description.abstractأصبحت البصمة الوراثية في وقتنا الحالي من أهم وأقوى الأدلة الجنائية بإعتبارها وسيلة لا تكاد تخطئ و لا تدع مجال للشك ما دفع الكثير من الدول لمواكبة التطور والاعتماد عليها في إيجاد الحلول للكثير من القضايا. وقد ساير المشرع الجزائري غيره من الدول في الاعتماد على البصمة الوراثية في مجال الاثبات الجنائي وذلك لتكريس القانون 16 – 03 المتعلق بإستعمال البصمة الوراثية في الإجراءات القضائية والتعرف على الأشخاص و ذلك لتسهيل العمل بها من أجل فك غموض الجرائم و التعرف على مرتكبيها. DNA has become at the present time one of the most important and strongest forensic evidence as the master of evidence. The Algerian legislature has proceeded to rely on genetic fingerprints in the area of criminal evidence by establishing the low 16 – 03 on the use of genetic fingerprints in judicial proceedings and the identification of persons in order to facilitate their use in order to decriminalize crimes and identify perpetrators.
