dc.description.abstractيعتبر قانون الاستثمار الجديد قفزة نوعية في إستراتيجية الجزائر للنهوض بها نحو اقتصاد متنوع ومستدام، فهو يوفر إطارا قانونيا محفزا يمكن أن يعزز بشكل كبير من حجم وقيمة الصادرات، ولنجاح هذه المبادرة يجب تطبيق هذه القوانين بشفافية وصرامة، إضافة إلى تفعيل بنود القانون بكفاءة للنهوض باقتصاد الجزائر وتشجيع الصادرات بشكل يضمن ازدهارها على المدى الطويل. The new Investment Law represents a significant leap in Algeria’s strategy to advance toward a diversified and sustainable economy. It provides a stimulating legal framework that can greatly enhance the volume and value of exports. For this initiative to succeed, the law must be implemented with transparency and rigor, in addition to efficiently activating its provisions to boost Algeria’s economy and encourage exports in a way that ensures long-term prosperity.
