| dc.description.abstract | بدأت المنظمة العالمية للتجارة كمؤسسة دولية في عام 1995، وتعد أحد أهم الهيئات التي تنظم التجارة العالمية، حيث تهدف المنظمة إلى تعزيز التجارة الحرة وتسهيل حركة السلع والخدمات عبر الحدود، كما تعمل المنظمة على توفير بيئة تجارية مواتية وتعزيز الفعالية الاقتصادية من خلال وضع قواعد وتوجيهات للتجارة الدولية، وتعمل المنظمة العالمية للتجارة على تنظيم السياسات التجارية وتوفير منصة للدول الأعضاء للتشاور والتفاوض وحل النزاعات التجارية وأيضا تقوم بتنظيم الاقتصاد العالمي و ذلك من خلال الاتفاقيات المتعددة التي أبرمتها المنظمة، مثل اتفاقية الخدمات واتفاقية جوانب حقوق الملكية الفكرية واتفاقية الاستثمار المتصلة بالتجارة، ومع ذلك، تواجه المنظمة تحديات متعددة في تحقيق أهدافها خاصة في الآونة الأخيرة و من ابرز التحديات التي واجهتها هي التعامل مع تداعيات الأزمات العالمية، مثل جائحة كوفيد-19 التي أثرت بشكل كبير على التجارة العالمية والنظام الاقتصادي العالمي ورغم ذلك استطاعت تحقيق دورها في تحقيق الفعالية الاقتصادية. The World Trade Organization began as an international institution in 1995, and it is one of the most important bodies that regulate global trade, as the organization aims to promote free trade and facilitate the movement of goods and services across borders. The organization also works to provide a favorable trade environment and enhance economic effectiveness by setting rules and directives for trade International, the World Trade Organization works to regulate trade policies and provide a platform for member states to consult, negotiate and resolve trade disputes and also regulates the global economy through the multiple agreements concluded by the organization, such as the Services Agreement, the Agreement on Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights and the Trade-Related Investment Agreement, however, The organization faces multiple challenges in achieving its goals, especially in recent times, and one of the most prominent challenges it faced is dealing with the repercussions of global crises such as the Covid-119 pandemic, which greatly affected global trade and the global economic system, and despite that, it was able to achieve its role in achieving economic effectiveness. | en |
