| dc.description.abstract | إن نظام الحماية الدولية للأطفال اللّاجئين يرتكز على الإتفاقية الخاصة لعام 1951، مع محاولة المجتمع الدولي بربط مضامينها باتفاقية حقوق الطفل ومنح الحلول اللّازمة والتحدي الصعوبات الواقعة جراء النزاعات بآليات وأجهزة بُغية الإحاطة بهذه الفئة من الأطفال، وعلى رأس هذه الآليات " المفوضية السامية للّاجئين للأمم المتحدة " السّاعية لتطبيق مفهوم الحماية بشكل واسع، ولا يمكن تجسيد المعنى الحقيقي للحماية إلا إذا كان هناك تعاون بين أشخاص القانون الدولي، مع تفعيل ما جاء في فروع القانون الدولي، والذي من شأنه أن يشكل دعامة صلبة لحماية الطفل اللّاجئ وتحقيق الحقوق المقررة له بمجرد تصنيفه وتكييفه ضمن هذه الفئة. The international protection system for refugee children is based on the 1951 Convention, with efforts by the international community to align its provisions with the Convention on the Rights of the Child and provide necessary solutions and mechanisms to address the challenges faced by children due to conflicts. At the forefront of these mechanisms is the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which seeks to implement a broad concept of protection. The true meaning of protection cannot be realized without cooperation among actors in international law, activating the provisions of international law branches. This would form a solid foundation for protecting refugee children and ensuring their established rights once they are classified and recognized within this category. | en |
