| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التكوين في الرفع من الكفاءات لدى العمال، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) عاملا بالمؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية (ENIEM) بواد عيسي ولاية تيزي وزو، وقد تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية. ولتحقيق أغراض هذه الدراسة صمم الطالب استبيانين، الأول لقياس التكوين والثاني لقياس الكفاءات، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي. وفي ضوء ذلك تم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستعمال الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وتم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الاحصائية منها معامل ثبات ألفا كرونباخ، معامل ارتباط بيرسون واختبار كا². وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل لبيانات الدراسة وفرضياتها توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها: - يؤثر التكوين المهني من الرفع من الكفاءات لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرزمنزلية (ENIEM) حسب الدورات التكوينية. - يؤثر التكوين المهني من الرفع من الكفاءات لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرزمنزلية (ENIEM) حسب تنفيذد عملية التكوين. - يؤثر التكوين المهني من الرفع من الكفاءات لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرزمنزلية (ENIEM) حسب تقييم التكوين. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التكوين المهني والرفع من الكفاءات لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية (ENIEM). This study aimed to investigate the role of training in enhancing the competencies of workers. The sample consisted of 70 employees from the National Company for Electrical and Household Industries (ENIEM) in Ouad Aissi, Tizi Ouzou, selected randomly. To achieve the objectives of this study, the student designed two questionnaires: the first to measure training and the second to measure competencies, employing a descriptive method. Accordingly, the data were analyzed and hypotheses tested using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Various statistical methods were utilized, including Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient, Pearson correlation coefficient, and the Chi-square test. After analyzing the data and hypotheses, the study reached several key findings, including: - Vocational training positively affects the competencies of workers at the National Company for Electrical and Household Industries (ENIEM) based on the training courses. - Vocational training positively affects the competencies of workers at the National Company for Electrical and Household Industries (ENIEM) based on the implementation of the training process. - Vocational training positively affects the competencies of workers at the National Company for Electrical and Household Industries (ENIEM) based on the evaluation of the training. - There is a statistically significant correlation between vocational training and the enhancement of competencies among workers at the National Company for Electrical and Household Industries (ENIEM). | |
