| dc.description.abstract | تلخص هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان "التحرش الجنسي لطالبات الجامعات في الوسط الجامعي"، وهي من بين المواضيع الهامة التي يجب الاهتمام بها. تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أشكال وأسباب التحرش الجنسي بالطالبات الجامعيات من خلال دراسة ميدانية قمنا بها في جامعة تامدة بولاية تيزي وزو. نظرًا لأهمية هذا الموضوع، قمنا بتعريف مفهوم التحرش الجنسي وأهميته، بالإضافة إلى توضيح مفهوم الطالب الجامعي والتحديات التي يواجهه في البيئة الجامعية. للحصول على بياناتنا، استخدمنا استبانة وأجرينا مقابلات مع 50 طالبة. بعد دراستنا، توصلنا إلى أن أكثر أنواع التحرش الجنسي التي تعرضن له هن اللفظي بشكل رئيسي، تليه التحرش الجسدي. وتعزى ضغوط البيئة الجامعية ومشاكل الصحة التي يواجهنها إلى هذه الأسباب This study is summarized under the title "Sexual Harassment of University Female Students in the Academic Environment," which is one of the important topics that require attention. The study aimed to identify the forms and reasons for sexual harassment of female university students through a field study conducted at Tameda University in the state of Tizi Ouzou. Given the significance of this subject, we provided definitions of the concept of sexual harassment and its importance, in addition to explaining the concept of university students and the challenges they face in the academic environment. To gather our data, we used questionnaires and conducted interviews with 50 students. After our study, we concluded that the most prevalent types of sexual harassment experienced by female students were primarily verbal harassment, followed by physical harassment. The pressures of the university environment and the health problems they encounter can be attributed to these reasons. | |
