| dc.description.abstract | تناولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة "اتجاهات الأساتذة الجامعيين نحو الرقمنة في قطاع التعليم – بروغريس نموذجا – " دراسة ميدانية في كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية مولود معمري تيزي وزو، وكان الهدف منها الكشف عن وجهة نظر الأساتذة نحو الرقمنة، ومنصة بروغريس، وبالتالي التعرف على الفروق الموجودة بين اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو الرقمنةوبروغريس التي تعود الى الخصائص الشخصية السن والأقدمية. ولتحقيق أهداف دراستنا هذه، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لاعتباره المنهج المناسب لهذه الدراسات، ولوصف الظواهر كما هي في الواقع، واعتمدنا كذلك على استبيان عن الرقمنة ومنصة بروغريس من اعداد الطالبتين، وتم تطبيق أداة البحث على الأساتذة الجامعيين كمجتمع دراسة، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 70 أستاذ(ة) من جامعة مولود معمري تيزي وزو لكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا الى النتائج التالية: • اتجاه الأساتذة الجامعيين لكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية تيزي وزو نحو الرقمنة إيجابي. • اتجاه الأساتذة الجامعيين لكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية تيزي وزو نحو بروغريس إيجابي. • لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو الرقمنة في قطاع التعليم العالي تعزى لمتغير السن. • لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو الرقمنة في قطاع التعليم العالي تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. Résumé de l’étude : In thisstudy, titled "UniversityProfessors’ Attitudes TowardDigitization in the Education Sector – The Progress Platform as a Model," weconductedfieldresearchat the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mouloud Mammeri University of TiziOuzou. Our objective was to identifyprofessors’ perspectives on digitization and the Progressplatform, and consequently, to explore anydifferences in their attitudes thatcouldbeattributed to personalcharacteristicssuch as age and seniority. To achieve the goals of ourstudy, weadopted the descriptive method, as itissuitable for such types of research and allows for the description of phenomena as they are in reality. Wealsoused a questionnaire on digitization and the Progressplatform, prepared by the twostudentresearchers. The researchtoolwasapplied to universityprofessors as the study population, with a sample size of 70professorsfrom the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mouloud Mammeri University of TiziOuzou. Aftercompleting all stages of the study, wereached the following résulte: • The attitude of universityprofessorsat the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in TiziOuzoutowarddigitizationis positive. • The attitude of universityprofessorsat the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in TiziOuzoutoward the Progressplatformis positive. • There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences in professors’ attitudes towarddigitization in the highereducationsectorattributable to the age variable. • There are no statisticallysignificantdifferences in professors’ attitudes towarddigitization in the highereducationsectorattributable to the seniority variable. | |
