| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة دور الجزائرية للمياه في ضبط وتسيير مرفق المياه، حيث تتولى هذه الأخيرة مهمة التسيير على المستوى الوطني ضمن جملة من الصلاحيات والاختصاصات، في حين تبقىمطالبة بالسير الحسن للمرفق وذلك تحت رقابة سلطة ضبط الخدمات العمومية للمياه، والتي أعطاها المشرع صفة سلطة إدارية مستقلة تتمتع بالشخصية المعنوية والاستقلال المالي، اذ منحت لها اليات قانونية لضبط قطاع المياه وفي المقابل تحظى برقابة قضائية .على قراراتها في إطار تجسيد المشروعية This research aims to study the role of the Algerian Water Authority in the control and management of the water utility, where the latter assumes the task of running at the national level within a number of powers and competencies, while it remains a demand for the good running of the facility under the supervision of the authority to control public water services, which the legislator gave it the capacity of An independent administrative authority that enjoys legal personality and financial independence, as it has been granted legal mechanisms to control the water sector, and in return it enjoys judicial oversight over its decisions within the framework of embodying legitimacy. | en |
