| dc.description.abstract | جاءت الدراسة بعنوان: "تأثير ظروف العمل في الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين". حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير ظروف العمل في الصحة النفسية لدى ممرضي ولاية تيزي وزو. وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فطبقنا استبيان "ظروف العمل" واستبيان "الصحة النفسية"، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (100) ممرض وممرضة، وقد تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من مجتمع الدراسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه: 1 - تؤثر الظروف الفيزيقية في العمل في الصحة النفسية لدى الممرض. 2 - تؤثر الظروف التنظيمية في العمل في الصحة النفسية لدى الممرض. 3 - تؤثر الظروف النفسية الاجتماعية في العمل في الصحة النفسية لدى الممرض. L'étude intitulée : "L'impact des conditions de travail sur la santé mentale des infirmiers" visait à déterminer l'effet des conditions de travail sur la santé mentale des infirmiers de la wilaya de Tizi Ouzou. Nous avons utilisé une approche descriptive et analytique, en appliquant un questionnaire sur les "conditions de travail" et un questionnaire sur la "santé mentale". La population de l'étude était composée de 100 infirmiers et infirmières, et un échantillon a été sélectionné par la méthode de l'échantillonnage aléatoire simple à partir de cette population. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré que : 1. Les conditions physiques de travail influencent la santé mentale des infirmiers. 2. Les conditions organisationnelles de travail ont un impact sur la santé mentale des infirmiers. 3. Les conditions psycho-sociales de travail affectent la santé mentale des infirmiers. | |
