| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على هدف أساسي يتمثل في تحديد أبعاد تكفل مدرسة األطفال المعاقين سمعيا بتليملي ودمجه في المجتمع بداية من تديسه وصولا إلى توعيتهم بكامل حقوقه . إضافة إلى أن محاولتنا إلى تقديم بعض الإقتر احات على ضوء النتائج التي توصلنا إليها من خالل الدراسة الميدانية التي قمنا بها. وذلك من حيث المنهج الذي اعتمدت عليه الدراسة الراهنة وهو المنهج المسحي الذي يتناسب وطبيعة الموضوع منهج دراسة حالة. أما العينة التي اعتمدنا عليها فهي العينة القصدية نظرا لمالءمتها لطبيعة دراستنا. كما تم الاعتماد على الإستبيان لجمع المعلو مات الازمة وهذا باإلضافة إلى الملاحظة و المقابلة. وتم تفريغ وتحليل االستبيان وفق جداول تكرارية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها من خالل هذه الدراسة: 1 -لمركز تيليملي دورا هاما في تأهيل ودمج المعاقين سمعيا في المجتمع. 2 -أن خدمات الرعاية الخاصة داخل المركز لها فعالية كبيرة في تحقيق تأهيل ودمج الطفل المعاق سمعيا، حيث أن الصحة النفسية، التعليمية و االجتماعية تساعد على زيادة تكيفه مع بيئته. 3 -إن النشاطات والبرامج التعليمية داخل المركز تساعد على تأهيل األطفال المعاقين سمعيا ودمجهم في نشاطات تربوية ترفيهية. 4 -إن الطفل المعاق سمعيا يحتاج إلى التعليم التطبيقي أكثر من حاجته للتعليم النظري 2 -للمركز دور كبير في المجتمع فهو بمثابة األسرة الثانية للمعاق.
