| dc.description.abstract | يعد جهاز الشرطة العلمية من الأجهزة الأمنية التي تسعى دوما لبلوغ الهدف المنشود في مكافحة شتى الجرائم، إذ تعتبر المهام التي تقوم بها هذه الأخيرة أساسية في فك خيوط الجرائم و تحديد هوية مرتكبيها، من خلال تعاملها الدقيق مع الأثار المادية المسترجعة من مسرح الجريمة بطريقة إحترافية من قبل تقنيين مسرح الجريمة، مع إجراء الخبرة عليها بإخضاعها لمختلف الفحوصات و التحاليل من قبل خبراء مخبر الشرطة العلمية، هذا بإعتمادها على جميع الوسائل و الأجهزة الحديثة المتوفرة لديها، الشيء الذي يساهم بشكل إيجابي في التحقيقات الجنائية، بالإضافة إلى تسهيل مهمة القاضي الجزائي في النطق بالأحكام سواء بإدانة المشتبه فيهم او تبرئتهم.
