| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هذه المذكرة دراسة وتحليل العلاقة بين النيابة العامة وغرفة الاتهام في ظل قانون الإجراءات الجزائية الجزائري، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على دور كل جهة في مسار الدعوى العمومية، خاصة في مرحلة التحقيق القضائي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العلاقة بين النيابة العامة وغرفة الاتهام تُعد علاقة غير مباشرة، باعتبار أن الاتصال بين الجهتين يتم غالبًا عن طريق استئناف النيابة العامة للأوامر الصادرة عن قاضي التحقيق. This dissertation analyzes the relationship between the Public Prosecution and the Indictment Chamber under the Algerian Code of Criminal Procedure, focusing on the respective roles each plays during the course of criminal proceedings, particularly in the judicial investigation phase. The study concludes that the relationship between the Public Prosecution and the Indictment Chamber is indirect in nature, as it is primarily established through the Prosecution’s appeals against investigating judge’s orders. | |
