| dc.description.abstract | لقد إرتأينا في الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة القائمة بين العنف النفسي في العمل والقلق النفسي لدى مستخدمي القطاع الوظيف العمومي في بلدية إيرجن دائرة الأربعاء ناث إيراثن، وطبقت الدراسة الحالية على عينة قوامها (70) عامل(ة)، تم اختيارها بالطريقة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، أفراد العينة أجابوا على مقياس العنف النفسي في العمل للباحث الألماني(Heinz leymann, 1996 )،ومقياس القلق النفسي لـ(william zung,1971) لقد إعتمدنا في الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي والإحصاء الوصفي و الإستدلالي في تحليل البيانات و و إختبار الفرضيات، و ذلك بالإستعانة بالرزنامة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (spss/version20) أظهرت نتائج دراستنا الحالية وجود مستوى منخفض من العنف النفسي في العمل ومستوى عادي من القلق النفسي لدى مستخدمي قطاع الوظيف العمومي لبلدية ايرجن دائرة الاربعاء ناث ايراثن تيزي وزو، كما توصلت نتائج دراستنا إلى عدم وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين العنف النفسي في العمل و القلق النفسي لدى أفراد العينة. In the current study, we decided to reveal the existing relationship between psychological violence at work and anxiety among employees of the public sector in the municipality of Irgen Wednesday Nath Irathen district. The current study was applied to a sample of (70) workers belonging to the municipality, who were selected by the same method. Simple randomness, the sample members answered the scale of psychological violence at work by the German researcher (Heinz Leymann), in its first section, which included questions numbered from (01) to (45), and the open question numbered (06) as well as questions numbered from (07) to (12) According to the proposed suggestions, and according to the second section of the scale, which included question (13-14), which included Leymann’s definition of psychological violence at work, we also applied the psychological anxiety scale by (William Zung, 1971). In the current study, we relied on the descriptive approach and the data analysis tools included descriptive statistics based on the program (spss/version20) to verify the study hypotheses. We found, through the results of the study, that there is no statistically significant relationship between psychological violence at work among the sample members, and a low level of From psychological violence at work and a normal level of psychological anxiety until the current study was conducted. | |
