| dc.description.abstract | إن موضوع تدخل الدولة في النشاط الاقتصادي من عدمها من ضمن المجالات التي لا تزال تعرف أراء مختلفة بين الفقهاء الاقتصاديين والسياسيين منذ القدم إلى وقتنا الحالي. ولقد تزامنت ظهور نظريات اقتصادية متفرقة من جراء مختلف الأزمات الاقتصادية التي شهدها العالم خلال القرنين الماضيين. فبعدما سيطرت الاشتراكية المندثرة ودعمها لسلطان تدخل الدولة في المجال الاقتصادي، نجد بالمقابل الرأسمالية المتسلطة أو نظام اقتصاد السوق الذي بدوره يحد من التدخل المباشر للدولة في المجال الاقتصادي. إن تطور الحياة الاقتصادية وظهور التكنولوجيا والثورة العلمية التي لا تعرف لا الحدود السياسية ولا الفوارق الجغرافية، أدي إلى ظهور ما يسمى النظام الاقتصادي العالمي الذي أصبح يهدد ويمس بسيادة الدول عن طريق الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات العابر للقارات، وهذا ما يستدعي من جديد تدخل الدولة النشاط الاقتصادي. The issue of whether or not the state intervenes in economic activity is one of the areas that still has different opinions among economic and political jurists from ancient times to the present day. The emergence of various economic theories coincided as a result of the various economic crises that the world witnessed during the past two centuries. After the defunct socialism took control and supported the state’s intervention in the economic field, we find, on the other hand, authoritarian capitalism or the market economic system, which in turn limits the state’s direct intervention in the economic field. the development of economic life and the emergence of technology and scientific technology that knows neither political borders nor geographical differences, has led to the emergence of the so-called global economic system, which has come to threaten and affect the sovereignty of countries through multinational companies that cross continents, and this is what calls for a new State intervention in economic activity. | |
