| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة علاقة ضغوط العمل التنظيمية بالصراع التنظيمي لدى عمال مؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية Eniem بولاية تيزي وزو, حيث تمثلت إشكالية البحث في التساؤل التالي: هل توجد دلالة احصائية ذات علاقة بين ضغوط العمل التنظيمية والصراع التنظيمي لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية Eniem بولاية تيزي وزو؟ لمعالجة هذا الموضوع تناولنا في الاطار النظري اهم المفاهيم و الاهمية و الخصائص و النظريات المرتبطة بمتغيرات الدراسة ,اما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وعلى الاستبان كاداة اساسية للحصول على المعلومات حيث بلغت عية الدراسة 28 عامل المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية Eniem محل الدراسة و بعد توزيعها قمنا بتحليل النتائج باستخدام برنامج spss v 25)) ومن اهم نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة بين ضغوط العمل التنظيمية بالصراع التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية Eniem محل الدراسة . The aim of the study was to learn about the relationship of regulatory work pressures to the regulatory conflict of the workers of Eniem, Tizi and Zou State, where the problem of the research was the following question: Is there a statistical indication relating to the relationship between regulatory work pressures and the régulateur conflict of Eniem's employees in the state of Tizi-ouzou ? To address this topic, the most important concepts, relevance, characteristics and theories associated with the study variables were addressed in the theoretical framework. The applied aspect was based on the descriptive curriculum and the questionnaire as a key tool for obtaining information. The awareness of the study reached 28 NHRI workers under study and after distribution we analyzed the results using SPSS V 25). One of the most important findings of the study is a correlation between the regulatory pressures of action and the regulatory conflict of Eniem's National Institute of Electromedical Industries in question. | |
