dc.description.abstractيعد الاقتصاد الرقمي من أبرز المواضيع التي نالت الاهتمام الكثير من الدول في الوقت الحالي على غرارها الجزائر، وبإعتبار أن التطبيقات الذكية إحدى ركائز الاقتصاد الرقمي التي لها دور فعال في تنشيط مختلف الميادين خصوصا المجال البيئي، بحيث أصبحت هذه الأخيرة الأداة فعالة في تعزيز عمليات إعادة التدوير من خلال تسهيل التواصل بين الأفراد والمؤسسات المعنية،ومتابعة تنفيذ السياسات البيئية، في هذا الإطار فإن تطبيقنا المتخصص في مجال توجيه مخلفات معاصر الزيتون نحو التدوير من شأنه تعزيز الاقتصاد الدائري الذي تسعى الجزائر الى تحقيقه ضمن سياساتها البيئية والتنموية .وهو ما يتوفق مع التوجيهات التي كرستها مختلف القوانين والآليات المؤسساتية التي وضعتها الجزائر في سبيل تحقيق التنمية البيئية المستدامة والاقتصاد الدائري . The digital economy is one of the most prominent topics that has garnered the attention of many countries today, including Algeria. Smart applications are considered one of the pillars of the digital economy due to their effective role in stimulating various sectors, especially the environmental field. Smart applications are becoming powerful tool in promoting recycling by facilitating communication between individuals and by monitoring the implementation of environmental policies. In this context, our application which specialties in directing olive mill waste towards recycling, can contribute to strengthening the circular economy that Algeria aims to achieve as part of its environmental and developmental policy. This aligns with the guidelines and institutional mechanisms established by Algeria to achieve sustainable environmental development and a circular economy.
