| dc.description.abstract | جاءت الإشكالية الدراسة كمحاولة التعرف على حوادث العمل التي يتعرض بها العامل في مختلف القطاعات الخدماتية ومدى تأثيرها على الاستقرار الوظيفي للعامل داخل المؤسسة، وكذلك محاولة معرفة أسباب وقوع هذه الظاهرة بشكل متكرر في بيئة العمل. وفي هذه الدراسة ركزت على مجتمع البحث يتكون من 630 عامل في مؤسسة انتاج الكهرو المنزلية ENIEM بولاية تيزي وزو، بحيث قمت باختيار عينة من عمال الذين يعملون داخل ورشة وهم أكثر عرضتاً للحوادث، ولتحقيق غرض وهدف من هذه الدراسة لجأت الى توزيع 60 استمارة على مبحوثين واسترجعت 60 منها وهي قابلة للتحليل ذلك عن طريق استخدام برنامج الاحصائي SPSS ومن أهم النقاط التي توصلت اليها: -تأثير الحوادث العمل على الاستقرار الوظيفي للعامل من خلال الجانب المادي والمعنوي -درجة خطورة حوادث العمل وأثره على الاستقرار الوظيفي للعامل -نوع حادث العمل وأثره على الاستقرار الوظيفي لدى العامل -الأمن الصناعي ودوره في تقليل حوادث العمل داخل المؤسسة الصناعية The problem of the study came as an attempt to identify the work accidents that the worker is exposed to in various service sectors and the extent of their impact on the worker’s job stability within the organization, as well as an attempt to find out the reasons for this phenomenon to occur repeatedly in the work environment. In this study, I focused on the research population consisting of 630 workers in the household electrical production institution ENIEM in the state of Tizi Ouzou, so I selected a sample of workers who work inside a workshop and are more vulnerable to accidents. It was simple, and to achieve the purpose and goal of this study, I resorted to distributing 60 questionnaires to I surveyed and retrieved 60 of them, which can be analyzed using the statistical program SPSS. The most important points I reached are: -The impact of work accidents on the worker’s job stability through the material and moral aspects -The degree of seriousness of work accidents and its impact on the worker’s job stability -The type of work accident and its impact on the worker’s job stability -Industrial security and its role in reducing work accidents within the industrial establishment | |
