| dc.description.abstract | Africa has a srategic location and naturel ressources that made i a place of interest but that was not blessing but a blushing.the establishment of our economic time that is based on energy saving ;the major countries are based on devloping contries and prefer to remain lagging for easy control and benefit from hem ,alhougt he chinese economic strategy in africa has clearly relevant principles of the Us economic strategy based on privileges to interest ,Africa has still not operating time and technology in the economic giant,you will not consider the interests of the continent to be considered the fact that political factors play a major role in that especially that african contries are a validity and have exploited systems that control and suffer from the dependency to the colonies as well as the most intifada of the intifada and the unemployment of unempoyment and poverty. African countries should replace their systems and move from a consumer case to an innovation,product and magnitude change of system sis becoming plays on the US of the United states of america is a profit of the parties where i twill help in the African continent’s water and provides many markets to eliminate unemploment ,create jobs and change of minds may control their ressources and put a party to exploitation. | en |
