Applications of thermo field dynamics to quark-gluon plasma in equilibrium and non equilibriul and non equilibrium phase state
(Universite Mouloud Mammeri, 2012-01) Chekerker, Merzak
The thermofield dynamics, a real-time formalism for finite temperature quantum field theory (TFD), is used to calculate the rates for e+e􀀀 reactions at finite temperature and for the pion production. The results indicate that temperature plays an important role in defining the possible hadronic state after the plasma has cooled down. It is also utilised to define the fragmentation function at high energy experiments. The definition of the fragmentation is extended to finite temperature. The results at T = 0 and T 6= 0 are compared. In general, we find that the fragmentation function decreases in magnitude. At the end, this formulation of Quantum field theory (TFD) as well as LvN approach are extended to define two-point correlators at finite t and T, and time-dependent Green-functions for open systems. We obtain results for two-point correlators, the Green-functions for scalar field and fi4 field theory to second order and for Green-functions for fermions.
