    Crédit à la consommation : Cas : véhicule CNEP-Banque Tizi- Ozou

    Le crédit à la consommation est un nouveau produit bancaire est créé pour permettre aux particuliers l’acquisition non pas de biens productifs mais de biens de consommation. Ce produit bancaire est récemment intégré par le droit bancaire algérien, il connait une évolution depuis sa mise en vigueur en 2000. Suit à de multiples raisons, l’article 75 de la loi de finance complémentaire de 2009 a gelé se produit bancaire. L’article 88 de la loi finance 2015, modifiant et complétant l’article 75, stipule que « les banques sont autorisées à accorder, en sus des crédits immobiliers, des crédits à la consommation destinés à l’acquisition de biens par les ménages ». Dans ce contexte, les agences bancaires sont favorables pour le retour des crédits à la consommation à une unique condition que la centrale des risques des ménages soit active. Comme résultat d’un bon retour, le crédit à la consommation aura un effet positif sur l’économie dans son ensemble, ainsi que sur les conditions de vie des ménages, étant donné que les citoyens vont vivre dans de meilleures conditions.

    Symbolism in Stephen king’s the Green Mile (1996) and George Orwell‘s Animal Farm (1945)

    This dissertation is concerned with studying the way of using symbolism in Georg Orwell’s Animal Farm (1945) and Stephen King’s The Green Mile (1996).To support our research paper, we have employed and identified two main theories : De Saussure’ s theory of the Signifier and the signified and Northrop Frye ‘s Theory of symbolism. In the above mentioned novels, the two authors relied on the historical events that happened at the beginning of the twentieth century in both Europe and America (The Great Depression 1929). This research paper has been divided into three chapters: in which the two novels were analyzed according to different theories. From the analysis done in the three chapters, we have come to a result that the two novels are a great sample of the device of symbolism. We have deduced that the two novels share similar features and that both authors sought to give moral and social reforms even though each author belonged to different environments.
