    Etude et automatique de la nouvelle station pré-filtration d'eau CEVITAL

    Ce mémoire présente une méthodologie générale pour l’automatisation d’un système industriel. Il a été question d’une étude détaillée d’une station de pré-filtration d’eau.Cette étude a permis de modéliser son fonctionnement, par la suite un programme a été élaboré sur le logiciel Step7 qui une fois transféré dans l’automate S7 -300 vas gérer le fonctionnement automatique de la station. Vous trouverez également une description détaillée sur les automates programmables industriels et plus précisément le S7-300 de la firme SIEMENS. Une grande partie est consacrée à la description du logiciel Step7 en mettant en avant les étapes à suivre pour la création d’un projet d’automatisation, la configuration matériel, l’élaboration du programme et sa simulation. Une supervision qui a été créé avecWinCCFlexible. Abstract This report presents a general methodology for the automation of an industrial system. It was question of a detailed study of a power station meadow-filtration of water which made it possible to model its operation consequently a program was elaborate on the Step7 software which once transferred in the S7-300 automat will manage the automatic operation of the station. Youwill also find a description detailed on the industrial programmable automats andmore precisely S7-300 of the SIEMENS firm.
