مداح أحلاممقراني مرزوق2025-01-292025-01-292023علم النفس العمل والتنظيم وتسيير الموارد البشريةhttps://dspace.ummto.dz/handle/ummto/26224هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين العنف النفسي والإكتئاب لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية "ENIEM" بولاية تيزي وزو، حيث تمثلت إشكالية البحث بالتساؤل التالي: - هل توجد علاقة بين العنف النفسي والإكتئاب لدى عمال المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية "ENIEM"؟ ولمعالجة هذا الموضوع تناولنا في الإطار النظري أهم التفاصيل والأهمية والخصائص والنظريات المرتبطة بمتغيرات الدراسة، أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي وعلى الإستبيان كأداة أساسية للحصول على المعلومات حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة 100 عامل في المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية محل الدراسة. وبعد توزيعها قمنا بتحليل النتائج بإستخدام برنامج "Spss V25" ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة بين العنف النفسي والإكتئاب في المؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الكهرومنزلية "ENIEM". This study aimed at the relationship between violence and depression among workers of the National Institution for Electrical Industries (ENIEM) in the state of Tizi Ouzou. The research problem was represented by the following question: - Is there a relationship between psychological violence and depression among workers of the National Corporation for Home Electrical Industries (ENIEM)? To address this topic, we discussed in the theoretical framework the most important details, importance, characteristics and theories associated with the variables of the study. As for the applied aspect, we relied on the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a basic tool for obtaining information, as the study sample amounted to 100 workers in the National Corporation for Home Electrical Industries under study. After distributing them, we analyzed the results using the “Spss V25” program.
