شـريـفـي أنـايــسشــعــلال لــيـلـيــا2025-10-052025-10-052025علم النفس العياديhttps://dspace.ummto.dz/handle/ummto/28106ملخص الدراسة : تتناول دراستنا موضوع نوعية الصورة الأمومية للمرأة في وضعية الإنجاب المدعوم طبيا ، حيث ركزنا في هذا العمل على إبراز نوعية الصورة الأمومية من خلال اختبار الرورشاخ و بالتالي كان التساؤل المطروح في الدراسة كالتالي: كيف تتمظهر نوعية الصورة الأمومية للمرأة في وضعية الإنجاب المدعوم طبيا من خلال اختبار الرورشاخ؟ هل ستكون متينة بناءة أو تكون مضطربة محطمة ؟ كانت فرضية البحث كالتالي : تتمظهر نوعية الصورة الأمومية للمرأة في وضعية الإنجاب المدعوم طبيا من خلال اختبار الرورشاخ على أنها مضطربة ومحطمة. اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج العيادي لأنه يناسب موضوع بحثنا فهو يساعدنا في التعمق على عينة بحثنا ،قمنا بتطبيق الاختبار الاسقاطي "الرورشاخ" و المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة على حالتين خضعن للدعم الطبي للإنجاب و الذي دام أربعة حصص.كما اعتمدنا في هذا العمل على استمارة الموافقة للمشاركة في البحوث لتحقيق أخلاقيات البحث العلمي. بحيث توصلت نتائج دراستنا إلى أن نوعية الصورة الأمومية للمرأة في وضعية الإنجاب المدعوم طبيا مضطربة و محطمة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإنجاب المدعوم طبيا ، الأمومة ، الصورة الأمومية ، الرورشاخ، المرأة الراشدة. Study Summary: This study addresses the nature of the maternal image in women undergoing medically assisted reproduction. Our work focused on highlighting the quality of this maternal image through the Rorschach test. Accordingly, the central research question was: How does the quality of the maternal image manifest in women undergoing medically assisted reproduction through the Rorschach test? Is it stable and constructive, or is it disturbed and fragmented? The research hypothesis was as follows: The quality of the maternal image in women undergoing medically assisted reproduction manifests through the Rorschach test as disturbed and fragmented. We adopted the clinical approach in this research, as it is suitable for the topic and allows for in-depth exploration of our study sample. We applied the projective "Rorschach" test and conducted semi-structured clinical interviews with two women who underwent medically assisted reproduction over four sessions. We also ensured the ethical standards of scientific research by using an informed consent form for participation. The results of our study revealed that the maternal image in women undergoing medically assisted reproduction is indeed disturbed and fragmented.
