كبير ليندةمنصور لامية2025-10-152025-10-152024عمل وتنظيم وتسيير الموارد البشريةhttps://dspace.ummto.dz/handle/ummto/28354هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن علاقة الأمان المهني بالالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال ملبنة طاسيلي ببلدية ذراع بن خدة. وسعيا لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، اذ اعتمد على استبيان لقياس الامان المهني واستبيان لقياس الالتزام التنظيمي وذلك بالاطلاع على الأدب النظري المرصود في الموضوع بعد التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية، وتم تطبيق أداة البحث على عمال ملبنة طاسيلي ببلدية ذراع بن خدة كمجتمع للدراسة. حيث بلغ حجم العينة (90) عاملا تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. اذ تم تحليل البيانات عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية Spss وقد توصلنا الى النتائج التالية: - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الامن النفسي والالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال ملبنة طاسيلي (0.480**). - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الامن الفكري والالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال ملبنة طاسيلي (0.294**). - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الامن الجسدي والالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال ملبنة طاسيلي(0.412**). - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الامن الاقتصادي والالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال ملبنة طاسيلي(0.471**). - وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأمان المهني والالتزام التنظيمي لدى عمال ملبنة طاسيلي (0.513**) The aim of this study was to reveal the relationship of occupational safety to the organisational commitment of Tasili-lactobacillus workers in the municipality of Ben Khada. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the research was based on the analytical descriptive Method, which was based on a questionnaire for measuring occupational safety and a questionnaire for measuring organizational commitment by reading the theoretical literature on the subject following verification of their psychological characteristics. The research tool was applied to workers in Tasili-lactobacillus in Ben Khada township as a study community. The sample size was 90 workers who were randomly selected. The data have been analysed through the SPS programme and we have reached the following conclusions: - The existence of a statistically significant relationship between psychological security and organizational commitment among Tasili-lactobacillus workers (0.480**). - The existence of a statistically significant relationship between intellectual security and organizational commitment among of Tasili workers (0.294**). - The existence of a statistically significant relationship between physical security and organizational commitment by Tasili-milk workers (0.412**). - The existence of a statistically significant relationship between economic security and organizational commitment among of Tasili workers (0.471**).
