Abstract
تنظم العملية الانتخابية من خلال وضع قوانين خاصة بالانتخابات، التي يجب الحرص على تطبيقها والسير وفقها بدءا من التسجيل في القوائم الانتخابية الى غاية نهايةالانتخابات بالإعلان الرسمي للنتائج يخضع القائمين على العملية الانتخابية طيلة هذه الفترة للرقابة ومنه تنشأ الجريمة الانتخابية عند الاعتداءات التي تمس العملية الانتخابية.
The electoral process is organized by establishing laws specific to the elections, which must be carefully implemented and followed, starting from registration on the electoral lists until the end of the elections with the official announcement of the results, throughout this period those is charge of the electoral process are subject to supervision, from which the electoral crime arises when attacks affect the electoral process.
