Abstract
مخلّص الدراسة :
انطلقت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة من شعور بوجود مشكلة اجتماعية تتعرض لها المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية، و لقد تم دعمنا أثناء قيامنا بالدراسة الاستطلاعية بمشاكل العنف التي تحدث داخل المؤسسات التربوية ضد الأساتذة عامة وأساتذة التعليم المتوسط بصفة خاصة، و هذا ما مكننا من التعرّف على انشغالات الأساتذة بارتفاع حالات العنف الصادرة عن التلاميذ.
لقد اعتمدنا من خلال هذه الدراسة السوسيولوجية المنطوية تحت عنوان العنف الموجه ضدّ الأساتذة من طرف التلاميذ في الطور المتوسط، إلى التعرف على بعض العوامل التي قد تدفع التلميذ إلى ممارسة العنف ضدّ الأساتذة، قمنا إبراز دور الجنس الأستاذ الدي يكون اكثر عرضة للعنف من قبل التلاميذ.
كما قمنا عدم تفعيل القوانين الداخلية التي تعاقب على العنف ضد الأساتذة داخل للمؤسسات التربوية ودورها في تنامي ظاهرة العنف ضد الأساتذة و التي تساهم في إقبال التلاميذ على العنف.
و جاءت الدراسة الحالية في جانبين هامين و هما : جانب نظري و الذي اعتمدنا فيه عرض الخطوات المنهجية المتبعة. و كذا تناولنا الاقتراب النظري للدراسة والأسباب التي تدفع التلميذ على تعنيف الأساتذة من داخل البيئة التربوية، وطرقنا الى ماهية التربية و التعليم و أهميته و أهدافه، ثم انتقلنا في الأخير الى تناول العنف المدرسي
اعتمدنا في الجانب الميداني على تقنية المقابلة التي تناسب دراستنا وقمنا بتحليل محتوى المقابلات التي جمعتنا بالأساتذة وبعد التحليل توصلنا الى النتائج التي كانت اجابة على التساؤل والفرضيات المطروحة
وتوصلنا في الاخير الى انه فعلا جنس الاستاد وعدم تفعيل القوانين من اهم الاسباب التي تؤدي الى العنف ضد الأساتذة
Résumé de l’étude :
Le chercheur a entamé cette étude à partir du sentiment de l’existence d’un problème social affectant les institutions éducatives algériennes. Ce sentiment a été renforcé lors de l’étude exploratoire, ce qui nous a permis de constater les préoccupations des enseignants face à l’augmentation des cas de violence perpétrés par les élèves.
À travers cette étude sociologique intitulée « La violence dirigée contre les enseignants par les élèves dans le cycle moyen », nous avons tenté d’identifier certains facteurs pouvant pousser l’élève à exercer de la violence contre les enseignants. Nous avons également cherché à déterminer le genre d’enseignant le plus exposé à cette violence.
Nous avons aussi essayé de mettre en évidence l’application ou l’absence d’application des règlements internes des établissements scolaires et leur rôle dans l’incitation des élèves à la violence.
Ainsi, cette étude s’articule autour de deux axes importants : un axe théorique dans lequel nous avons présenté les étapes méthodologiques suivies ainsi que l’approche théorique de l’étude. Comme notre recherche s’intéresse aux causes qui poussent l’élève à agresser son enseignant dans l’environnement scolaire, nous avons exploré la nature de l’éducation et de l’enseignement, leur importance et leurs objectifs. Finalement, nous avons abordé la question de la violence scolaire.
Quant à la partie pratique, nous avons vérifié les hypothèses après avoir élaboré un guide d’entretien destiné aux enseignants, procédé à l’analyse des données et abouti à des résultats.
Study Summary
Study Summary: The researcher initiated this study based on a perception of a social problem affecting Algerian educational institutions. This perception was reinforced during the exploratory study, allowing us to identify teachers' concerns about the rising cases of violence committed by students. Through this sociological study entitled "Violence Against Teachers by Students in Middle School," we aimed to identify some of the factors that may lead students to act violently toward teachers. We also attempted to highlight which gender of teacher is most exposed to this violence. We sought to demonstrate the implementation or lack thereof of internal regulations in educational institutions and their role in encouraging student violence. Therefore, this study is structured around two important aspects: a theoretical part, in which we presented the methodological steps followed and the theoretical approach adopted. Since our study seeks to understand the reasons that drive students to act violently toward their teachers within the educational environment, we explored the concept of education, its importance, and its objectives. Finally, we addressed the issue of school violence. As for the practical part, we tested the hypotheses after preparing an interview guide for teachers, analyzed the data, and arrived at conclusions.
